We use standard EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However, if you still want to swap your juttis for another size then please E-mail us on info@dearjugni.com within 24 hours of the product being delivered to you. In case your desired size is unavailable, you could then exchange it for another style of the same value. You may then return it to us, within one week in its original box packing and the invoice. Please mention your desired exchange piece along with the size on the invoice as well. We do not entertain refund & cancellation requests.
Juttis bought during SALE period will not be exchanged or returned.
